2nd In the Nation Aint That Bad!

Sorry this has taken me so long to post....we went down to California the end of March to watch our daughter, Jordan and the Timpview cheer squad compete at Nationals. They did an awesome job taking 2nd Nationally! They have practiced so hard all year long for this and it definitely paid off. We had the largest squad ever with 9 boys this year, mostly football players. They were all amazing! Way to go Timpview. You've done it again!

23 Days Spent at the Magic Kingdom in 18 Months!

Ya, I know we are a little Disney crazy, but it is one of our favorite places to visit.  We got season passes and we made the best use of them. This picture is of me and my girls and their friends who went with us in March for Jordan's National Cheer Competition. We love DISNEYLAND and never tire of it, especially with all our kids there.  We are already planning our next adventure there....November!  Tanner will then be home and we can share the magic with him.

His 1st Date.....When Did My Little Tater-Tot Grow Up?

Tate had his first official date last weekend since turning 16 last month.  He had no reservations about asking a girl to the "Sweethearts" dance.  He had a great experience and is already planning his next date.  He is quite outgoing and is thrilled about the whole dating thing.  Way to go Tate.  You're the Man!

YEA....they did it!

Our Timpview cheerleaders did something they have never done in the history of the school. This week they won "USA's Grand Champions". This award is given to the top scorer of the entire competition. That is 42 squads. The squads come to compete against those who are in the same category as them. They are then judged and can be awarded a 1st or 2nd in their category. But then after all the awards are give out they give an award to the top scorer of all the squads. Timpview had an 18 out of 20, which is amazing. Almost a perfect score.  They have never won this before even when they have won State in Cheer. This is so awesome for them. They have worked so hard and have a bigger squad then ever before with more boys then ever and at times we thought they would never get a clean performance. Well they did. Now they have one more competition.....Nationals! Next month they will compete in Anaheim for it. Good Luck Timpview and to my girl Jordan.
